These terms cover using abstractwebstudio.com, run by Chris Leary, doing business as Abstract Web Studio ("Abstract", "I", "me"). Buying a plan is also covered by the client service agreement you accept at checkout or sign with your proposal. Questions: chris@abstractwebstudio.com.

Content. The designs, text, images and code on this site belong to me or to the clients who gave permission to show their work. You can browse and share links. You can't copy the site, its designs or its text for your own use.
Prices. Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout or in your signed proposal.
Examples and results. Portfolio pieces show real work. Search results, traffic and sales depend on many things outside my control, so I don't promise any specific ranking or revenue.
Links. Links to other sites are for convenience. I don't control those sites.
Provided as is. The site is provided as is. I try to keep it accurate and online, but I can't promise it always will be.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses from using this site.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Changes. I may update these terms and will change the date at the top when I do.
